Girolamo Prigione, (born October 12, 1921) is a Italian prelate of the Roman Catholic Church.
Prigione was born in Castellazzo Bormida and ordained a priest on May 18, 1944. Prigione was appointed titular archbishop of the Lauriacum as well as Apostolic Nuncio of El Salvador and Guatemala on August 27, 1968;. He was ordained a bishop on November 24, 1968. Prigione was appointed Apostolic Delegate to Ghana and Nigeria and was then appointed Apostolic Nuncio to the Apostolic Nunciature of Mexico on February 7, 1978, from which he retired on April 2, 1997.
